FFS TERMS OF SERVICE

Hi! I’m Leaf, and I run Fuzzy Feline Studios. Since I am only one person, my maximum number of orders taken at a time will be five. I will do my best to get yours shipped out to you ASAP, but please remember, I am but one cat with only two paws. Concerning Payments and Refunds:

Concerning payment: all payment is to be made through my store website, which uses PayPal.

  • Please note: I only take payment from people over 18; buyers who are under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian who can purchase on their behalf, and written consent by said adult. This is because of PayPal’s terms of service, which doesn’t allow minors to use their service, and to avoid my business being scammed by fee chargebacks.

If I find out you have lied about your age, sadly I will have to blacklist you from my sales. Also, my currency is Australian Dollars, so please bear in mind that if you are an international client, you will have to pay a conversion fee with PayPal.

Concerning refunds: you will have 2 weeks from the time you receive your order to alert me of any problems with it. Problems include it being the wrong item, or there being a missing item in the order. I would never send out a bad product on purpose, however mistakes can happen. If you don’t contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order, then there's nothing I can do at that point to fix your problem without charging you. I don’t do refunds, and all Fuzzy Feline Studios sales are final. Please keep this in mind before you order from me.

The only exception to this, is in the case of an emergency, where I would not be able to work on orders, refunds will be issued to buyers.

I can’t accept the return or refund request on a project if the buyer decides they want a different item or style once the order has reached them.

If there is an actual creation defect made on my part, the order can be returned to me and replaced without cost, within the allotted time frame of 2 weeks. Projects that have been well worn, abused, and/or purposefully destroyed will not be accepted for replacement. If you purchased something from me that was labeled as faulty and sold at a discount, there are no refunds or replacements given.

We do not offer refunds based on sizes; most, if not all items will provide measurements, and it is your job to make sure those measurements are appropriate for your project. If you need other measurements, you're always free to ask me before you order, so you can double check.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds if damage occurs to your order in transit, due to the postal services’ treatment of their parcels. I will provide photos of your order prior to packing, and do my best to protect your order with internal parcel padding, but I’m afraid I cannot guarantee if the shipping couriers will be kind to it.

REGARDING NSFW ELEMENTS:


My Main TOS is: PLEASE DO NOT BUY MY WARES TO CREATE NSFW SUITS. If you make or buy a suit that uses my wares, PLEASE DON’T SOFT SUIT, TAKE PART IN FETISH WORK, OR MURR IN IT.

I know this may seem like a strange rule, but personally, I’m simply not comfortable with my creations being used by the NSFW side of the furry community.

Be yourself by all means, but please don’t involve my work. Thank you.

  • If you use a suit made with my parts for NSFW elements, or sell a suit made with my parts to someone who uses it for murr/softsuiting, etc, you have broken my TOS, and my heart.

  • If you exhibit rude, demanding, or creepy behavior towards me during the project, I will cancel your order and refund any payments made.

Rush Fees:

Please contact me if you require your order to be prioritised due to time sensitive restrictions.

Shipping:

The customer is required to pay for the shipping fees. I will calculate the shipping fee myself upon receiving your order, and contact you regarding its cost. I won’t start your order until I have received your shipping fee payment through Fuzzy Feline Studio’s Paypal. This is to avoid my business being scammed.
